Zest is a group of healthcare providers, working together to provide mental health support using lived experience. Our mission is simple: to provide effective peer support across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Each provider in our partnership has their own unique expertise and skillset, ensuring we can find you the best care possible. We also work closely with the NHS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Acorn Recovery Projects

Since 1997, Acorn Recovery Projects have been helping people break free from drug, alcohol, and other addictions. Their aim is to create lasting recovery for people in our communities through residential rehab, supported housing and community services.

Many Acorn colleagues have been through addiction themselves and know what it’s like to be in recovery, helping them to understand, empathise and see the person behind the illness

An Inclusive Future CIC

An Inclusive Future CIC is a small not-for-profit organisation with big plans to make a positive difference working with local communities.

Working across Central and West Lancashire, they aim to tackle inequalities within communities and enhance community well-being through innovative their projects – including their peer support work network to social care support plans.

Lancashire Mind

Lancashire Mind is an independent mental health charity dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of the people of Lancashire.

Based in Chorley, the organisation supports individuals of all ages through a variety of services, including virtual and in-person wellbeing coaching, therapeutic services, housing support, community engagement projects and workplace wellbeing.

Red Rose Recovery

Red Rose Recovery is a service-user-led charity dedicated to supporting individuals across Lancashire on their journey through addiction and mental health recovery. We provide vital peer-led therapeutic support alongside meaningful training and volunteering opportunities, all grounded in the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Learn, Give Back, and Take Notice.

Our core mission is to transform lives, build resilience, empower service user voice, and foster stronger, better-connected families and communities. Established in 2012, Red Rose Recovery is nationally recognised for pioneering recovery systems. As a Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO), our team’s relatable personal experience offers unique inspiration and hope. We collaborate extensively with partner organisations, creating accessible and inclusive pathways towards personal development and lasting recovery.
